I’m sure most of you have heard of Ipsy – it’s a surprise bag for $10/month (no shipping costs in the US) that includes 4-5 deluxe samples and/or full sized products to test all packaged in an adorable makeup bag.

You can also add-on additional products on the 2nd of each month ONLY – full sized products are $12 each (some of these cost over $60 regular retail!) and $3 for deluxe sample sized products. You can also earn points to purchase additional products as well. You earn points by reviewing the products and sharing via social media.

Ipsy also offers a new Glam Bag PLUS option – these boxes contain 4-5 full sized products at the cost of $25/month.

The following is my review of the Ipsy Glam Bag PLUS for the month of July.

IT Superhero Mascara – $24 – I love a good mascara – this one is tricky for me, however, as it clumped up my lashes immediately and there was no reversing that without washing everything off my face. I’ll try it again for sure!

Pixi – Glow Mist – $15 – This light mist has many uses – it can be used as a mid-day spritzer to freshen your face and hair; it can be used as a setting spray; a moisturizing glow – whatever you want. The mist is super fine and there’s no drops rolling down your cheeks – it’s amazing and smells like essential oils. Great product!

Huda Beauty – 3D Highlighter Palette – $45 – This took me a hot minute to figure out. The CAPRI is a cream and it goes on underneath your daily foundation to help add a light glow all over – then you add the other three colors to help add dimension and sculpting. The first time I used this product, I went overboard and there was just way too much glow! I toned it down and use it to add pops of color to my daily foundation.

Goldfaden MD – Bright Eyes – $55 – I incorporated this into my daily/nightly routine for my eyes. It’s formulated to reduce the dark circles and help reduce fine lines which is exactly what my tired eyes need!

Glow Recipe – Watermelon Glow Pink Juice Moisturizer – $39 – I use this nightly after my face washing. I love it! It smells like watermelon and goes on more like a water-lotion rather than a cream-lotion. It spreads evenly and a little goes a long way – it feels great on my skin and I wake up with a light glow! I love this stuff!

Ipsy did a great job this month for my Glam Bag Plus! I love everything in the box and will use it. The total value of this box…..

$178 for the price of $25!

  1. I love the IT Mascara for what it does to my lashes but it definitely is a bit clumpy & also has a lot of fallout. I totally wish I got the Glow Recipe moisturizer in my box!
